Cape Town Splendor

If you enjoy learning about history and culture, a trip to Robben Island or even doing the walk to freedom tour, where you follow the footsteps of the iconic Mandela, may be what excites you. The trip to Robben Island itself combines stunning views of Table Bay with whales and dolphins frolicking alongside your boat.
The Steenberg Golf Club in the Constantia Winelands is close to the city and easily accessible for the day. Play a round with the Silvermine mountain range as your backdrop and then enjoy a wine tasting and dining experience at the Constantia bistro.
The architecture in Cape Town is a blend of Edwardian, Victorian and Cape Dutch architecture and the Malay Quarter’s pastel houses and cobble stone streets display the unique blend of styles that Cape Town has to offer.
Enjoy the ambience at Gold Restaurant and try some Zanzibar soup, South African Roosterkoek or Botswana Seswaa Masala.
At the waterfront, be sure to stop by the Greensquare market. This outdoor bazaar is the perfect place for a little souvenir shopping or to try the local cuisine.
If you enjoy a bit of nightlife, Camps Bay over summer attracts international models and the film and
entertainment industry or Grand West offers ice-skating to cinema to roulette tables.

Delightful Durban

The colonial influences, beautiful beaches and blend of cultures are what make Durban a unique place to visit. Durban’s golden mile is a must do even if you are just surfer watching or looking for the local fisherman. Durban is where you can go on a mini-safari tour, visit Sani and Lesotho or take in the natural beauty of the Botanic Gardens. If you want to spike your adrenaline, head on over to the Moses Mabhida Stadium and do a sky walk or even bungee jump off the top of the stadium.
The Durban country club has eight world-class holes with spectacular sand dunes and the hilly Zimbali scenic course, designed by Tom Wiskopf, overlooks the picturesque Indian Ocean.
End your day with some “Bunny Chow” at the Britannia Hotel or grab some fresh seafood from Wilson’s Wharf before heading back to the boat.
